Slow cooking is the heartbeat of making our Garlic Confit. It’s what ensures the garlic is delectably soft, easily spreadable, and bursting with a flavour.
We slowly cook our 100% Australian grown garlic at a low temperature in Australian Olive Oil to produce a soft and velvet like texture and a sweet and mild flavour.
A great staple to have in your fridge.
Perfect for blending through dips, dressings or a simple pasta sauce, these beautiful tender cloves also make a fantastic addition smeared on toast for bruschetta.
