Italian Pink is a sweet tasting and smelling garlic with a strong flavour. This variety has a thin, pinkish skin and a hard neck that's easily removed, so it makes for easy preparation when cooking.

We hand tend each and every bulb at all stages of the growing and packaging processes. The cold frosty nights and sun drenched days of the Darling Downs create amazing flavoursome aromatic bulbs.
